Approve an SEO fix, and it is live on WordPress
RareMatter finds what is holding your pages back and drafts the fix. The free RareMatter SEO plugin publishes the ones you approve, in Yoast, Rank Math or SEOPress, with one-click undo.
The four fixes that move clicks
Each one is drafted from your own Search Console data and crawl, and nothing is published until you approve it.
Page titles
The title Google shows as the blue link, written for the queries the page already gets clicks for.
Meta descriptions
The snippet under the link, rewritten to earn the click, page by page.
Canonical URLs
Tells Google which version of a page counts, so duplicates stop splitting your rankings.
Headings
The page heading (the post title), when it is missing, duplicated or off-topic.
Set up in two minutes
Install the plugin
Download it below, then in WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and activate it.
Click Connect
In WordPress, open Settings → RareMatter and click Connect with RareMatter. Sign in, confirm your site, and you are back, connected. No key to copy.
Approve a fix
RareMatter drafts fixes from your crawl and Search Console data. Read each one, edit it if you like, and approve it.
Publish, or undo
Click Publish and the fix is live on your site. One click on Undo puts the old value back.
Every fix is verified and measured
The next scan confirms the change is live. About a month later, RareMatter compares the page's Google clicks before and after the fix, so you see what each change was worth.
Safe by design
One key per website, valid only on that domain.
Signed requests that expire in five minutes and can't be replayed.
Robots settings are never changed automatically.
One-click undo for every published fix.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO and SEOPress?
Yes. Fixes are saved in the fields your SEO plugin already uses, so you see them in its editor box and it keeps printing the tags. That covers posts, pages and products everywhere, plus category, tag and product category pages with Yoast SEO, Rank Math and SEOPress. Without any SEO plugin, RareMatter prints the title, description and canonical tags itself.
Can I see my Google clicks inside WordPress?
Yes. Your posts, pages and products lists get a Google clicks (28 days) column, and the editor shows each page's clicks, top searches and any fixes waiting for it, all from your own Search Console data. You can switch it off in Settings → RareMatter.
Can I see what RareMatter changed from inside WordPress?
Yes. Settings → RareMatter lists the last 50 changes with the value each one replaced, and a small dashboard box shows the latest. There are no banners, upsell notices or review requests.
Can RareMatter change my site without asking?
No. Nothing is published until you approve that exact value in RareMatter and click Publish. Robots settings (noindex, nofollow) are never changed automatically, because a wrong value can remove pages from Google.
How do I undo a change?
Every published fix has an Undo button in Fix Studio. It restores the value WordPress had before, including your SEO plugin's own default template.
Is the connection secure?
Each key works for one website only, and only on that website's own domain. Every request from RareMatter is signed with that key, must be less than five minutes old and can only be used once. Unsigned or replayed requests are refused.
What do I need?
WordPress 6.0 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, and a RareMatter account. The website owner creates the key; teammates with approve rights can publish fixes.
Does it slow my site down?
No. The plugin adds no scripts or styles to your pages. It only answers RareMatter's signed requests and, if you have no SEO plugin, prints three tags in the page head.
